She has built a distinguished career blending territory business management, sales growth, and complex policy initiatives in both academic and community environments.
Beginning at Mercy Health Services (now Trinity Health) from 1997 to January 1999 in Novi, Michigan, she created presentations to analyze patient-care satisfaction, used those findings to form a Fiduciary Committee for budget guidance, collaborated on physician contracting and credentialing, and helped propose oncology screening programs alongside managed care projects.
From June 2000 to June 2002, she accepted a Presidential Management Fellowship (PMF) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she monitored statutory provisions, prepared policy analyses and written materials for diverse audiences, and partnered with the Policy & Planning Office (OPPEL) to refine legislation and streamline organizational processes.
Concurrently, between January 1999 and March 2005, she led Etonne Cares LLC as a Business Sales & Legal Consultant, driving strategies for business implementation and expansion, negotiating contract payments via Social Security or health plans, handling all legal concerns (incorporation, licensure, contract review), establishing strict hiring and reporting protocols, and promoting services to providers, physicians, social organizations, and government agencies.
She then spent March 2005 to July 2012 at Merck as a Sales Professional/Reimbursement specialist, generating revenue by customizing solutions, guiding regional teams on reimbursement and Medicare benefits, and conducting pre-launch market assessments for Gardasil® and Zostavax®.
During that time, she also served on a National Work-Load Reduction Task Force to enhance productivity, managed an SAP Expense Software implementation (including vendor selection and contract negotiations), and continually analyzed workloads to improve efficiency.
At Sanofi Pasteur (August 2012 to September 2013 in Houston, Texas), she managed large-scale contracts with healthcare systems and specialty pharmacies to ensure compliance, educated customers about formularies, Market Access, Buy and Bill processes, and 340B/GPO/PBG contracts, and analyzed market trends to bolster vaccine distribution strategies.
She strengthened stakeholder relationships by focusing on contract adherence and satisfaction.
Joining Bristol-Myers Squibb (September 2013 to November 2018 in Houston, TX) as a Territory Business Manager, she drove sales for Yervoy® and Opdivo® across four tumor types, surpassing 141% to plan.
She led district-wide reimbursement meetings that increased BMS Access Enrollment, developed strategic approaches for sales expansion and compliance, mentored new sales managers, chaired a regional policy initiative that boosted engagement by 32%, and propelled multiple Opdivo® launches.
She earned recognition as a top performer with awards in 2014, 2016, and 2017, and consistently integrated regulations and market conditions into strategic business planning.
From November 2018 to May 2019, she served as an Oncology Account Manager at Immunomedics, harnessing her expertise in sales presentations, effectiveness, and marketing, along with business planning and strategic thinking to address client needs.
She next became a Key Account Manager – Market Access at Clovis Oncology (May 2019 to November 2020 in Houston, TX), where she forged partnerships with specialty pharmacies, diagnostics firms, and professional societies to bolster Rubraca sales.
She spearheaded a Market Access & Policy Workshop, developed the Rubraca Patient Process Map and training materials, and employed data-driven strategies to enhance Rubraca adoption in ovarian cancer treatment.
Since January 2021, she has been a Solution Consultant at Regeneron, focusing on Sales, Market Access Strategy, organizational culture, public policy, and health disparities.
In this role, she applies a broad skill set that spans key account development, state legislation, sales effectiveness, client services, communication, privacy policies, external client relations, business planning, and strategic business management.
Her dedication extends to volunteer service: since August 2014, she has chaired the STEMulation Academy through The Links, Incorporated, engaging middle school students in science, technology, engineering, and math.
She also supports BE A Resource for CPS Kids via The Junior League of Houston, and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, The Links, Incorporated, and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
With a background that integrates industrial engineering, law, public health, and medical billing and coding, she leverages her multi-faceted expertise to excel in sales, policy, and management, consistently achieving measurable outcomes in every role.
